What about return of damaged products?

Utmost care is taken while packaging all medical/ medical related aids to avoid any damage due toaccidents. Inspite of this if you receive the packaging which you find tampered or damaged you may return the damaged goods on the same day/ next day upon receipt of the same by a reliable means of transport to the cited address on Warranty page. You must securely pack the item to ensure that further damages are not caused to the medical equipment.

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery will not be eligible for replacement.

Can I get a refund?

Once goods are ordered you may exchange it for some other item that is available with us. If some credit is left with us, we shall issue a credit note which you can redeem for future purchases with us.
