What will be the delivery charge?

Tellushealth provides free shipping on products over INR 2000. If the product is below INR 2000, the shipping price depends upon the price of the product.

What will be the estimated delivery time?

Usually it takes 3-5 working days ( which excludes Sundays and National Holidays ). In case of higher volumes/ heavy shipments such as Mobility Aids, it may take longer time depending upon the place of delivery.

Who are our shipping partners?

We usually send our consignments through Aramex Courier/ India Post (SpeedPost). Once an order is received, we will send you a confirmation email. The invoice details together with the tracking code will be sent to your email address. If we ship your consignment via Aramex, use this link to track Aramex Tracking Link or if via India Post (SpeedPost), use this link SpeedPost Tracking Link. We may sometimes ship it via other courier services such as TCI or Maruthi courier depending on size and weight of the product and your location. What about Sales tax and Octroi?

The price you see is the price you pay, which will inclusive of all taxes EXCEPT OCTROI. 

What if I am not available to receive the shipment?

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

What if Tellushealth cannot deliver to your destination shipping address?

In case, any of our shipping partners cannot deliver to your destination, we shall have to arrange to refund the amount paid by the customer.
