Charges

Charges to membership with “Tellus Healthcare” is absolutely free however in the future we may offer new services where charges could be applicable. “Tell Us” reserves the right to implement and effect these policies without prior information.

Cancellation by tellushealth.com

In case we are unable to process certain orders due to unforeseeable circumstances. We reserve the right, to refuse or cancel the order for the same. These situations would largely be due to limitations on available quantities of the product or discrepancies in information provided with regard to card details. In the case of a cancellation after your card has been charged we would immediately reverse the amount back to your card. In case we are cancelling the order only in part then we would charge only for the quantities being shipped to you.

Cancellations by the customer

Cancellation orders are not applicable if products are already shipped out to customers. If we do receive your cancellation order before we process and ship the order then we will refund the amount paid by you after we implement the cancellation charges.

Fraudulent Transactions or declined Transactions

“Tellus” would initiate legal proceedings against people who use the site for fraudulent purposes and reserves the right to recover any charges that might be incurred on goods, delivery, collection or legal fees incurred therein. All onuses with regard to credit card and debit card transactions lie solely with the owner of the card. You are advised to not use anybody else’s card for this purpose. We would also be obliged to bring such practices to the notice of law enforcement agencies.

Payment Services

“Tellus Healthcare” does not hold itself responsible or assume liability, with regard to losses or damage that might arise as a result of

 Transactions that lack authorization

 Exceeding mutually agreed preset limits between you and your bank or

 Payment related issues with regard to the transaction

 A “Declined transaction” status for various reasons.

When an order is accepted and processed by “Tell Us” we would inform you of the same by e mail and then process your payment before we make the dispatch

“Tell Us” accepts currency only in Indian Rupees against payment for its products or services. Any other form of currency is strictly unacceptable.

Credit card/Debit card

Details collected are by the Bank and subsequently the lending companies like Master, Visa etc that you are a customer of. “Tellus Healthcare” is not liable for any losses that might arise from your card as we do not own any maintain any information with regard to the same. All clients are expected to give correct details with regard to their credit or debit card that we are obliged to share with law enforcement agencies if approached by the proper channels of law.

Sale in India Only

Risk

“Tellus Healthcare” has a shipment contract for all orders. The risk of loss and title for such items lie with you upon our delivery to the carrier. “Tell Us is not responsible for any reasons of goods damaged at the customers end.

Service Refusal

“Tellus Healthcare” reserves all rights to refuse services at any given point of time. We also reserve the right to suspend our services if we face technical problems or corruption of our systems.

Jurisdiction

This User Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings or disputes arising out of this agreement. All disputes shall be referred to an arbitrator appointed by “Tellus Healthcare” and the decision thereof will be final and binding on all parties concerned. The arbitration will be held in Chennai. The High Court of Chennai shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.

Headings

All headings used are for reader understandability and easy use. They have no standing in a court of law.

Communication
